RC Responds app for iPhone and iPad

RC Responds is a fast, easy to use and free way for residents of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California to submit non-emergency service requests such as graffiti removal, pothole and sidewalk repairs, park and facility maintenance, and more!

· Instantly access any of the 60+ request forms available online via the Citys Civica CRM system Rancho Responds (http://www.cityofrc.us/crm/) on your mobile device with no need for app updates

· Quickly locate and filter request forms by name, category or those you frequently use

· Submit request forms instantly or save as a draft for later completion

· Use your phone’s built-in camera and GPS to add photos and add location details to a request form

· Track the status of submitted forms either online using Rancho Responds or directly on your mobile device with the RC Responds app

· Submit anonymous requests and track status using unique Request and Lookup ID numbers

· Communicate with City Staff as your request is processed and get notification when the request is completed

· Search through all submitted requests in your area by location, status, category or date completed

· View search results in either list, map or picture view
